Are you like me and hate to go to the gym. Well I'm going to share my secrets on how to stay fit and toned without going to the gym! Well now you can with a little bit of creativity and your kids!

I will share how I stay bikini ready and get those problem areas toned!

Now when I say I use my kids, I mean it! Most of my excercises include them.
It's fun for them and fun for you! My kids range from age 3-7. They all are different weights. I start out with Caden then when I get stronger move up to the next heaviest child. These excercises are fun and sure to make you and your kids laugh while feeling the burn!
Legs & Thighs
Lay on your back with your legs up and knees bent. Put your child on the front of your legs facing you. Make sure their bottom is sitting on the tops of your feet, also make sure their holding on to your legs.
Now lift your legs up and down (the only part of your leg that should be moving is the knees down to the feet) and do this until your thighs start burning. Stop and rest then do another round. You can do as many as you want. But the more you can do the better outcome. You will also feel your abs working out which is a plus.
For a little bit more of a challenge try moving your legs and your child in a circular motion. Remember your only moving the shin part of your legs. Do this as much as you can.
This workout is the hardest but stregthens your abs and legs.
Keep the same position with your child strattled to your legs. Make sure you're laying flat with your arms extended on the ground for support.
Now with your child strattled to your legs, extend your legs fully (as much as you can) so your legs and feet are above the ground, ( thighs and lower legs should not be touching the ground) Then extend back to knees bent position. Then extend your legs again. Do this as many times as you can. It's hard!! Trust me but It really works your abs and your legs!
I use my kids as weights. I put Caden ( he's my smallest) on my arms and extend
my arms up and down as I am laying flat on my back.
Full Body Work out
Now this does not involve kids but does involve water. I order Arrohead water so I have tons of
full 5 gallon water bottles. I don't know the weight but they are heavy. I will grab one and run up and down the stairs until I'v have enough. Not only does it work out your body but it's a great cardio work out!
All these excercises are mine and I made them up. They work for me. I hate going to the gym and I hate paying money for a gym. I have a free gym where I live and I don't even like to use that! Exercising is and can be fun espcially when I involve you kids. My kids love it and they think it's some kids of crazy fun ride. So not only am I getting a work out, I'm spending quality time with my kids and were getting a great laugh! I also eat good. I eliminated trans fats out of my diet which is in most foods.
