My Review:
I used the Smile Brilliant system every other day for the first week then once a week for a month. I did notice a whiter smile but not as white as you'd get through a professional whitening service at the dentist. It was enough of a whitening though to satisfy my whitening needs.
The process was super easy. I painted the whitening g gel on as many teeth as I could reach, placed the plastic trays over both top and bottom teeth, then places the LED light over the tray on front of my mouth.
I was able to sit for 30 minutes each time. I was a little worried because I have kids who constantly asked me questions. The first time I use it the kids were asking me tons of questions! I decided after that to whiten my teeth at night after I put the kids down to bed.
